Due to a large number of enrolments, we have had to close our roll for 2013 AND 2014. There are limited spaces available for future years, and once our roll is closed we are unable to accept any more enrolments. To help with our planning and to ensure your child's place at our school, if you have any younger siblings of current students due to start in the next THREE years, please pick up an enrolment pack and return completed to the school office as soon as possible. Please also pass this information onto any friends or family members.
St Dominic's Catholic Primary School has a very strict uniform policy. Making sure the children are ready to learn every day is also about making sure they are looking neat and tidy and proud of themselves and our great school.

St Dominic's Catholic Primary School is committed to providing the best education possible for your child. To help us with this, you now have the ability to securely view information about your child through the school Parent Portal, including attendance information and school activities. Later this year we will open up the assessment information on your child. You may access the portal on the following link. You will be asked to enter your password which can be changed once you have logged on the first time. Please keep your passwords confidential so only you can access the information. If at any time you feel your password has been compromised or if you don't want access to your child's records through the Parent Portal, please contact your school. Occasionally, a missed keystroke may alter the information. If something looks incorrect, please email the teacher or call the school office. During the initial implementation of the Parent Portal, please be aware that the school staff may not be able to respond to you immediately. Thank you in advance for your patience.
Back to School time will soon be approaching once again. To make life easier for you this Back to School season, we have teamed up with OfficeMax MySchool - an easy to use website where you can view/print our school stationery lists and order all of your Back to School stationery requirements online. Every dollar spent with OfficeMax MySchool will earn us School Rewards. Orders must be placed by the end of February for School Rewards to count. The easiest way to purchase your Back to School requirements is online at www.myschool.co.nz using your credit card. Simply search for our school (ensuring you are looking at St Dominic’s Catholic Primary School, not the college), select your child's class/subject lists and follow the instructions on the website. Web site orders over $57.50 qualify for free delivery. Delivery must be to your home or place of work – not to the school. To order by mail order and/or pay by cheque, all you have to do is go to www.myschool.co.nz and when you get to the check out, click on the Mail Order Form button. This will build a customised mail order form for you to print. Please note: All orders must be received prior to 20th of January to guarantee delivery before school starts.
